A man was arrested for making death threats against Republican Congressman Eric Cantor of Virginia, CBS News reported.

Cantor is the Republican Whip in the House, second to House Minority Leader John Boehner. Norman Leboon of Philadelphia posted a video on YouTube in which he threatened the congressman and his family.

If he is found guilty, he could be sentenced to 15 year’s in prison.
