The daughter of an astronaut from Houston missed her father who was working on the International Space Station.

So she sent a special message to her dad, who ABC News identified as likely being Expedition 43 commander Terry Virts.

“It might make him miss us even more, or miss Earth,” Stephanie said, carried in a Hyundai ad, which went viral last year. The website LittleThings picked it up again this week.

The firm used 11 Hyundai Genesises to write a 5.5 square km note in Nevada’s Delamar Dry Lake.

Her father got the message.

“Steph loves you!” reads the note
