Andrew Sendejo of the Minnesota Vikings was rushed off the field during Sunday’s playoff game against the New Orleans Saints.

Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas appeared to run into Sendejo, a safety, on a play in the third quarter.

Sendejo then fell to the ground and remained near-motionless on the field for some time. He appeared to be unconscious as players attempted to revive him.

He was able to get up and was walked to the Vikings locker room.

The nature of his injury was not disclosed.

The referees picked up a penalty flag after the play because it appeared that Thomas unintentionally hit Sendejo on the play.

He’s going through an evaluation for a concussion, according to a Fox reporter.
