Video: Police Officer Runs into Fleeing Homicide Suspect with Cruiser

Police in Grand Rapids, Michigan, rammed into a homicide suspect as he was fleeing, according to reports on Nov. 14.

Adam Nolin, 33, allegedly killed his girlfriend, 27-year-old Tia Randall, in their home in Wyoming, Michigan, before he led police on a high-speed chase and a shootout on the highway, police told MLive.

Nolin can be seen in the video getting out of his truck and firing at Grand Rapids Police officers before being hit by a Grand Rapids patrol car.

Before the incident, Nolin allegedly killed Randall, a mother of two children, at the Creekside Estates mobile-home park. When police arrived at the home, they found the woman dead, the report said.

Police in Wyoming then saw his red pickup truck before he allegedly began firing at officers. The chase continued on U.S. 131 before crashed.

Nolin survived the crash and was hospitalized. He’s now facing charges such as attempted murder and murder.

“She was great, she was a great mom,” said coworker Jessica Jenkinson of the victim, Fox17 reported.
According to WZZM, a 23-year-old man obtained a protective order against Nolin, alleging that he had been targeting him with assaultive behavior for years. “I want it to end, please,’’ the man wrote at the time.
