Wayne was one of those guys everyone loved to be around. Few things were better--especially during a dreary workday--then stopping by his lawnmower shop and looking around or getting something fixed.
Unfortunately, Wayne was killed by a drunk driver, leaving his son Paul to step in and keep the beloved shop open. Of all the friendships Wayne made, though, the best one could have been his bond with his dog Spot.
The loyal canine would always wait for her master to come home at the same location outside. When Wayne didn’t come home that day he died, Spot waited anyways. And Spot waits at the same place every day, even though Wayne doesn’t show.
Paul believes Spot will keep waiting until the dog dies, because of the special friendship the man and dog had. That’s just incredible.
