A video has emerged of UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor sparring with former world champion boxer Chris Van Heerden, who held the ABU, IBF, and IBO titles.
The video was posted amid rumors that McGregor and former PPV boxing king Floyd Mayweather would fight.
On Thursday, TMZ posted footage of McGregor and UFC president Dana White entering the Montage Beverly Hills for a meeting, which comes days after White said he wanted to put their “speed bump behind them.” McGregor was also seen waving at cameras from his Rolls Royce with a big smile on his face, Fox Sports reported.
White recently said that McGregor won’t be fighting at UFC 200, but he could fight at UFC 202.
“Sounds like a good idea to me,” White said about McGregor fighting at UFC 202. “McGregor’s ready to fight on 200. The thing that has made Conor McGregor a massive star and why people love him is this kid loves to fight. He'll fight anybody, anywhere, any time. He goes in and goes for broke. His fights are exciting and fun, before, during and after them. McGregor’s ready to fight.”
