Judges on singing shows are hard to please. They’ve had to get tougher as more and more contestants come forward to try to earn fame on the programs. But every once in a while, a contestant really moves the judges. So much sometimes that one or even all of them shed some tears.
That’s exactly what happened on a recent episode on The Voice Kids. The show features “blind” auditions at first, so the judges start with their chairs faced away from the girl. But soon her serious chops prompt them all to turn around, and by the end they’re all sobbing. Andrea Bocelli’s rendition of “Time to Say Goodbye” really hit the spot.
