Vhong Navarro, Deniece Cornejo, and Cedric Lee could all be in the same room on February 14 in the latest news update in the ongoing situation.

Navarro has filed a criminal complaint against Cornejo, Lee, Lee’s sister Bernice, Zimmer Rance, and Ferdinand Guerrero.

Navarro says that the group accosted him in Cornejo’s apartment, tied him up, beat him, and tried to blackmail him.

They later made a so-called citizen’s arrest, claiming that he tried to rape Cornejo. CCTV footage backed Navarro’s story.

The charges include unlawful arrest, blackmail, and serious illegal detention.

The latter charge is a non-bailable offense.

All of those named in the complaint could appear before the Department of Justice on February 14. Then again, they have the option of being heard and presenting their defense, reported ABS-CBN.

They can also submit written statements.

Navarro could also appear, especially if he is subpoenad in the case.
