Las Vegas mass killer Stephen Paddock was recorded driving near an area close to his home where locals go to practice shooting, a law enforcement official told Wall Street Journal.
In the footage recorded on Friday before the massacre, Paddock is seen driving around alone on a road that leads to only one place, an area for target and shooting practice frequented by locals.
