White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt announced on Thursday that she had given birth to a girl, whom she and her husband named Viviana.
Her daughter was born on May 1, she confirmed in an Instagram post.

Leavitt and her husband, Nicholas Riccio, a real estate developer, also have a 1-year-old son, Nicolas, who turns 2 in July.
