The Walnut Creek City Council on Sept. 25 could affirm a recent city commission approval of a proposed mixed apartment and commercial complex near the intersection of Ygnacio Valley Road and North Main Street.

Known at this stage as the 1910 Noma Mixed-Use project, it would combine 135 apartments and approximately 10,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor of a new building at 1910 N. Main St. This parcel, across the street from a Target store, is now occupied by a Fuddruckers restaurant.
