The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office in New York released dash camera footage of an interaction between Geneseo Police Officer Dylan DiPasquale and fugitive David Clyde Morgan.

Morgan, 49, is still on the run, according to local reports earlier this month. WGRZ-TV reported that he may have been on the run due to a July raid on his North Carolina home, which yielded three pounds of marijuana.

Morgan’s girlfriend said she only knew him by the nickname “Uber Legend,” and she said that he “decided to run from North Carolina” due to the marijuana bust, the report said.

Meanwhile, the suspect is on probation after serving 14 years in a federal prison for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamines. His girlfriend, Sandra Brown, is jailed on charges including, possession of stolen property as well as menacing a police officer. The report said that the couple was in a stolen car that was taken from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, when they encountered DiPasquale in Geneseo on July 18.

Police said that Morgan pointed a gun at DiPasquale following the traffic stop. Police said that Brown also pointed a gun and fired a shot at the officer, according to the WGRZ report.

WHEC-TV reported in August that Morgan had been charged with pulling a gun on the officer on State Route 63. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison, and a fine of $250,000, it reported.
Morgan is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, gray baseball cap, and blue jeans, according to The Wayne Post. He’s now clean-shaven, but prior photos show him with a beard.

Morgan is currently considered armed and dangerous. Police say that if you see Morgan, stay away and call 911.
