The Mandalay Bay security guard who abruptly canceled five interviews last week was reportedly heading to an urgent-care clinic before he vanished, according to his union president, Fox News reports.

Jesus Campos was shot in the leg by Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock on Oct. 1 and hailed as a hero. He was set to break his silence in several television interviews on Thursday, Oct. 12, last week, including one with Sean Hannity on Fox News.
