USDA Warns Cyclospora Parasite Could Be in Salads and Wraps

A public health alert was issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) on July 30 due to wraps contaminated with the Cyclospora parasite.

“The beef, pork, and poultry salad and wrap products were distributed by Caito Foods LLC,” the USDA said.
