US Secret Service Agent Assigned to Presidential Protection Dies in Scotland

A U.S. Secret Service agent assigned to Presidential Protection at President Trump’s Turnberry golf resort in Scotland died after suffering from a stroke, according to the agency in a statement on Tuesday.

“It is with great sadness and regret to report that the agent, a 19-year Secret Service veteran and dedicated professional of the highest order, passed early this morning on July 17, 2018, in Scotland,” the agency said.
