The father of Mollie Tibbetts, Rob, said that the missing 20-year-old college student was found dead, Fox News reported on Aug. 21.
The Poweshiek County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement that officials are working to identify a body, CNN reported. No details will be shared until a 5 p.m. ET press conference, according to Mitch Mortvedt with the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI).
