An anonymous $4 million donation has helped a Tustin, California, nonprofit expand a facility that helps homeless veterans get off the streets.

Orange County Rescue Mission began working to expand its Tustin Veterans Outpost site last year after that mystery donation allowed it to realize a long-held dream of growing the center.
