Trump Media & Technology Group, which owns Truth Social, will begin trading on the Nasdaq stock market on March 26, the company said in a March 25 regulatory filing.

Shareholders of Digital World Acquisition Corp. (DWAC), a publicly traded shell company, approved a deal to merge with President Donald Trump’s media business in a vote this past week.
