President Donald Trump’s attorneys filed an appeal on Jan. 29 challenging his conviction for falsifying business records.
Trump’s lawyers filed a notice of appeal, asking the New York mid-level appeals court to overturn his conviction on 34 counts of falsifying business records from May 2024.
