Trump to Meet With Venezuelan Opposition Leader Machado

The president said in an interview that he had a great conversation with Venezuelan acting leader Delcy Rodríguez.

U.S. President Donald Trump will meet with Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado at the White House on Jan. 15.

“She’s a very nice woman,” Trump told Reuters in a Jan. 14 interview. “I think we’re just going to talk basics.”
