President Donald Trump was asked about a comment he made recently about expelling Spain from NATO since the nation is not following fellow member countries in increasing its military spending.

“I’m very unhappy with Spain,” Trump said. “They're the only country that didn't raise up their [military spending] to 5 percent. Every other country in NATO raised up to 5 percent, and Spain is doing very well off our backs.”

President Donald Trump will host Argentine President Javier Milei at the White House on Oct. 14, marking their second meeting in a month.

Their meeting at the Oval Office comes as Milei wrestles with market upheaval and braces for midterm elections. Stateside, the Trump administration attempted to stabilize the market ship by extending a financial lifeline to the Milei government.
