The president signed the new law after Congress stalled while debating the SAVE America Act.

WASHINGTON—President Donald Trump signed an executive order on March 31 regulating elections nationwide by establishing a list of voters eligible to vote.

“The cheating on mail-in voting is legendary. It’s horrible what has been going on,” Trump said.
