President Donald Trump said on Nov. 30 that he is willing to release the MRI test results he received in October, after Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz raised questions about his health.

Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, Trump was asked about Walz’s call for him to release his advanced medical imaging test results.

Trump answered, “So, if they want to release it, it’s okay with me to release it.”

The president said his test results were “perfect,” but noted that he had “no idea” which part of his body was scanned during the MRI test he underwent at Walter Reed Medical Center.

“It was just an MRI,” Trump said. “It wasn’t the brain because I took a cognitive test and I aced it. I got a perfect mark, which you would be incapable of doing.”

Walz had earlier called on Trump to release his MRI test results. In an interview with NBC’s “Meet the Press” that aired on Nov. 30, the governor said he thinks Trump is “fading physically” and raised doubt about the president’s mental capacity.

“I think what’s most concerning about this is, as your viewers out there are listening, has anyone in the history of the world ever had an MRI assigned to them and have no idea what it was for, as he says? So, look, it’s clear the president’s fading physically,” Walz told the news outlet.

“I think the mental capacity, again, ranting, you know, crazily at midnight on Thanksgiving about everything else, there are reasons for us to be concerned.”

Walz was referring to Trump’s Truth Social post during Thanksgiving, in which the president singled him out, alleging Walz “does nothing, either through fear, incompetence, or both,” as he claimed that Somali refugees were “taking over” the state of Minnesota.
Trump completed his routine medical evaluation at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in October.
In an Oct. 10 memo, White House physician Dr. Sean Barbabella stated that Trump remains in “exceptional health, exhibiting strong cardiovascular, pulmonary, neurological, and physical performance.”

Barbabella said the 79-year-old president’s cardiac age is “approximately 14 years younger than his chronological age” and that he could continue to carry out his demanding daily schedule without restriction.

His medical evaluation involved advanced imaging, laboratory testing, and preventive health assessments designed to ensure the president’s optimal cardiovascular health.

Trump’s health has drawn increased scrutiny after pictures emerged earlier this year showing the president with swollen ankles and bruising on his hands.

The White House stated in July that Trump had reported experiencing “mild swelling in his lower legs,” which was evaluated by the White House Medical Unit.
The condition was later identified as a result of chronic venous insufficiency, which the doctor described as “a benign and common condition,” particularly among individuals over the age of 70.
