Trump Loses Gag Order Appeal in New York’s Top Court

The trial has already concluded for the civil case brought against President Trump by New York Attorney General Letitia James

The State of New York Court of Appeals dismissed former President Donald Trump’s appeal of a gag order on Jan. 16.

“On the Court’s own motion, appeal dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that no substantial constitutional question is directly involved. Motion for a stay dismissed as academic,” the state’s top court wrote.
