Former U.S. Rep. Stephen E. Buyer received a “full, complete, and unconditional pardon” from President Donald Trump on June 4.

Trump’s pardon focused on the Indiana Republican’s career accomplishments rather than the ex-congressman’s insider trading conviction in 2023, which was connected to a T-Mobile and Sprint merger.
