Tens of thousands of illegal immigrant children who entered the United States without a parent or guardian are missing, according to a new watchdog report.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) failed to keep tabs from fiscal years 2019 to 2023 on more than 31,000 of the children, with their release addresses being blank, undeliverable, or missing apartment numbers, U.S. Department of Homeland Security Inspector General Joseph Cuffari said in the report, which was released on March 25.
