Two men have been charged with conspiracy to obstruct justice and commit perjury in connection with a $123 million contract involving the Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC), announced Acting U.S. Attorney Thomas J. Jaworski for the Middle District of Tennessee on Sept. 17.
