A 24-year-old homeless man accused of using a metal rod to bludgeon four other homeless men to death is charged, the New York Police Department said on Sunday, Oct. 6.
Authorities said Randy Santos is charged with four counts of murder, one count of attempted murder and unlawful possession of marijuana.
