A motorcyclist died in a hit-and-run reported on Aug. 25 in the afternoon in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill neighborhood, police said.
The man, identified by the medical examiner’s office as 33-year-old San Francisco resident Senoris Jinks Jr., was involved in a collision reported at 3:44 p.m. in the area of 23rd and Arkansas streets.
