ORANGE COUNTY, N.Y.—A $30 million state-funded road modernization project has begun in Warwick, Florida, and Goshen. Improvements to the neglected roadways include new sidewalks, new curbing, drainage improvements, and a roundabout.

State Sen. James Skoufis, Assemblymember Karl Brabenec, and other local politicians applauded the beginning of the project at a press conference on July 15 in front of the Warwick Village Hall.
