Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) appeared to be the only Democratic lawmaker to stand and clap when President Donald Trump called for a ban on late-term abortions during his State of the Union address on Feb. 5.

“Lawmakers in New York cheered with delight upon the passage of legislation that would allow a baby to be ripped from the mother’s womb moments before birth,” Trump said during his address.
