San José State University Ranked in Top 10 for Computer Science

The university leapt from 32nd place in 2024 to 9th this year, passing schools including Stanford and UC Berkeley.

San José State University (SJSU) has been ranked 9th among the top 50 universities for computer science in the United States in 2025, according to CodeSignal.

“I’m super happy and proud of our students for having achieved this,” Chris Pollett, chair of the university’s computer science department, told The Epoch Times.
