San Francisco mayoral candidate Ellen Lee Zhou held a press conference on Nov. 1 and announced that she is filing charges against current San Francisco Mayor London Breed, Clear Channel Media (CCM), and Outfront Media (OM) for suppression of political speech.

About two weeks before the upcoming San Francisco mayoral election, Breed and her supporters started calling some of Zhou’s campaign billboards “racist,” which caused two billboard companies, CCM and OM, to take down some of Zhou’s billboards.
