San Clemente Officials: Commercial Boats May Close Amid Proposed Emission Standards

California’s newly proposed emission standards could potentially put commercial boats out of business, critics say.

The San Clemente City Council unanimously passed a letter of opposition to the California Air Resources Board’s (CARB) proposed standards on Aug. 7.
