Arizona officials have served former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani with a notice of his indictment related to an alleged “fake electors” scheme to overturn the 2020 presidential election, according to Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes.

Mr. Giuliani is among 18 individuals indicted in Arizona’s ongoing investigation into an alleged scheme to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election, although his name remains redacted in the indictment that charged them with various crimes, including fraud, forgery, and conspiracy.
