Rudy Giuliani Is Out of Intensive Care and Recovering, Spokesman Says

The former mayor was admitted in the hospital following respiratory complications.

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is out of the intensive care unit, but will stay back in the hospital for recovery, his spokesperson said on May 6.

Giuliani was first reported to be admitted to the hospital on May 3. At the time, Ted Goodman, Giuliani’s spokesman, said that Giuliani was in “critical but stable condition.” On May 4, Goodman said that the former mayor was recovering from pneumonia.
