Republican Senator Calls on Joe Biden to Release His List of Supreme Court Picks

Former Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) called on Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden to release a list of his supreme court justice picks, following President Trump’s example from last week when the president revealed his list of 20 supreme court picks.

“I hope that Vice President Biden will agree with me that the American people deserve this information before the election, not after,” Grassley said in a statement, obtained by The Hill. “I call on Vice President Biden to release the list of names from which he would nominate to the Supreme Court, no later than September 30.”
