Rep. Lori Trahan Faces Further Investigation Over Possible Campaign Finance Violations

The House Ethics Committee has recommended a further review into allegations against Rep. Lori Trahan (D-MA.) over possible campaign finance violations.

The House Ethics Committee has recommended a further review into allegations against Rep. Lori Trahan (D-Mass.) over possible campaign finance violations.

The Democratic congresswoman, 46, may have accepted impermissible campaign contributions and then improperly reported them, the Board of the Office of Congressional Ethics said in a report the committee released on Dec. 17.
