Congressional Democrats have reasons for not holding an official impeachment vote against President Donald Trump despite calls from the GOP to go on record.

Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-Mich.) told Fox News on Oct. 7 that an official vote isn’t required, adding that the facts of the case need to be revealed.
