House Republican Study Committee (RSC) Chairman Rep. Jim Banks (R-Ind.) condemned Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) for permitting “facemasks to be worn on the House floor that wouldn’t be allowed in a high school assembly hall.”
