Grand Rapids Police Release Footage of Fatal Police-Involved Shooting

The police department in Grand Rapids, Michigan, released on April 13 four videos of a recent fatal officer-involved shooting.

The city’s police chief, Eric Winstrom, said the case would come down to the test of “whether deadly force was needed to prevent death or great bodily harm to the officer.”
