A teen driver and her unborn child were killed in an accident near Dallas, and police say an off-duty firefighter was drunk when he crashed.
Cedar Hill police said a Dallas firefighter, whose identity was not disclosed, will face an intoxication manslaughter charge, Fox4 reported.
