Los Angeles police officers are involved in a standoff downtown with a suspect armed with an assault rifle on Sunday morning, according to reports.
The domestic violence suspect allegedly prompted the disturbance when a woman attempted to remove her belongings on Olive Street in downtown Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Police Department said. The incident began around 4:45 a.m., ABC7 reported.
