Police Investigating Deaths of 2 Women Found in Downtown LA

LOS ANGELES—Police are investigating the deaths on Sept. 18 of two women who were found in their downtown Los Angeles apartments less than a mile from each other and two days apart.

Maleesa Mooney was found dead in her apartment in the 200 block of South Figueroa Street on Sept. 12 Police told Fox 11 that s. Mooney, 31, was murdered.
