Three teenage males are being charged as adults for killing a 57-year-old man in north-east Philadelphia.

Police are charging 14-year-old Brandon Conrad, 16-year-old Malik Page, and 17-year-old Emmanual Harris as adults over the beating death of Kevin Cullen, reported Fox 29.
