Thousands lined Market Street in Philadelphia on Monday for a grand parade, honoring the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. Both branches were established in the city in 1775.
The procession featured more than 100 elements, including marching bands, active and veteran organizations, community groups, and youth performance teams, all honoring the men and women who have served.
