Pedestrian Killed in Garden Grove Publicly Identified

GARDEN GROVE—A man killed by a hit-and-run driver in Garden Grove was publicly identified March 22.

Gaspar Hernandez, 30, was a resident of Orange, according to the Orange County coroner’s office.
