A mother and father have identified themselves to police after their two toddlers were found alone in a Detroit motel. The 24-year-old mother has since been arrested for child neglect.
The two children were found in Room 119 of the Cranbrook House Motel at 20500 James Couzens Freeway in Detroit, Michigan, around 12:30 a.m. on March 27, WXYZ reported.
