Orange Shooting Suspect Remains Incapacitated, Further Delaying Arraignment

Law officials were forced to delay the arraignment of an Orange, Calif. mass shooting suspect for the sixth time April 9 as the alleged gunman remains incapacitated.

Aminadab Gaxiola Gonzalez, 44, was shot by police March 31 following a mass shooting in Orange that left four people—including a 9-year-old boy—dead.
