Orange County Sees Slight Drop in COVID-19 Hospitalizations

SANTA ANA, Calif.—Orange County’s number of coronavirus hospitalizations dropped slightly, according to the most recent data released by the state, falling from 312 Saturday to 309, with the number of COVID-19 patients in intensive care declining from 85 to 80.

The county has 22.6 percent of its intensive care unit beds available and 66 percent of its ventilators, according to the Orange County Health Care Agency (OCHCA).
